Gorsley Chapel? Is a ‘Country Church with a Heart for the Country.’ We are both a ‘local’ and a focal’ church serving the villages we are set within but also because we are just off exit 3 on the M50 we are accessible to the three counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire as well as Monmouth and the Welsh borders. We are a real ‘family’ church with a broad spectrum of age groups and various ministries, area home groups and local and global outreach initiatives.
Arrival When you arrive you will be directed to one of two main car parks adjacent to the church – we also have an area for disabled parking next to the church. Our services start at 11.00am and 6.30pm so you may wish to get here a little early to beat the rush!
Welcome Team As you come into our entrance area head for the welcome desk where you will be greeted, if you have crèche aged children, junior school or teenagers there are related groups for all these and you can ask to be shown where they meet, as the children go to their groups you can join us for worship in the chapel.
Worship & Encouragement Our services generally last just 1hr.15 min. There is time to worship, reflect, and be encouraged by hope filled inspirational messages from God’s word geared to help you live life to the full. Our desire is that you will leave church feeling a lot better than when you came, and that you will have truly received a ‘faith lift.’ You can even get an idea of the messages by listening online under resourses.
You could also sign our visitor’s book on the welcome desk and help us to keep in touch.
Reservations If you want to let us know that you are coming and what your needs are just send us a message by Clicking here! |

We are a pretty relaxed fellowship so what you wear to church isn’t an issue, ‘its not by our suits but by our fruits we will be known,’ but if you like to wear a suit – no problem!
When the service has finished parents collect their children and there is opportunity for tea cappuccino and home made biscuits.
